To cancel services you must contact us via e-mail 60 days prior to your scheduled services to avoid any cancellation charges.

Payment:

A 25% deposit must be made with a credit card or check at the time of booking your reservation. The balance of your service will be charged to your credit card two weeks prior to your departure. You may be required by a driver to present the credit card at the time of pick up to provide confirmation of authorized card use.

Taste of Tuscany Tours, its subsidiaries or affiliates, and any of such party's officers, directors, agents, contractors, or employees, does not own or operate any entity which is to or does provide goods or services for your trip. By using this Site, the customer agrees to waive any claim against Taste of Tuscany Tours, its subsidiaries or affiliates, and any of such party's officers, directors, agents, contractors, or employees, and expressly agrees that neither Taste of Tuscany Tours nor any of its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, contractors or employees, shall be held liable for 1) any loss of or damage to property or injury/death of any person caused by reason of any defect, negligence, or other wrongful act of omission of, or any failure of performance of any kind by any vendor, or supplier; 2) any delayed departure, substitutions of service, or termination of services; 3) any inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, mental distress or other similar matter; 4) any cancellation or services; and 5) any claim of any nature arising out of or in connection with services, or other features performed or occurring in connection with Taste of Tuscany Tours.

Traveling with Children:

All tours or services purchased must include at least one adult age 18 or older. No child under the age of 18 will be allowed to travel unless accompanied by an adult. It is the Purchaser's responsibility to confirm age eligibility.

Passengers with Disabilities:

Taste of Tuscany Tours will make reasonable efforts to accommodate handicapped participants, depending on the nature and extent of their disabilities. Such tour participants should advise Taste of Tuscany Tours at the time of booking of any special assistance they may require.
